2. These Terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to all contracts for the sale of products by us to you. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. We may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed. Payment is taken in accordance with the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and may vary by product weight, size and destination. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible you must: (1) notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order; (2) complete our returns form stating the reason for return; and (3) provide clear photographs confirming the item is unused and in its original, undamaged condition. Returns are accepted only once reviewed, signed and confirmed by you. Made-to-order, bespoke and certain hygiene items are non-returnable. Please do not send any item back before your return has been confirmed by us.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable period and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Warranties

Products may carry a manufacturer's guarantee. Such guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and are in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
